Super BladePro
Super BladePro is a plug-in (a program that works within another program) for graphics programs such as Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. With Super BladePro, one can create a wide variety of realistic textured and beveled effects.

Super BladePro can be purchased from its developer, Flaming Pear . A trial version is also available.

Although SuperBladepro comes with a large number of presets, which allow one to instantly apply a particular effect, many of them are rather odd.
