Vodka Penne
This sauce is pale pink and creamy. For added taste, top with sliced hot Italian sausages.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz vodka
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 28 ounce crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound penne
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pound penne
Instructions:
- Melt butter in saucepan and add cheese.
- When cheese is melted, cream together cheese and butter.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and spices.
- Heat for 15 minutes on low.
- Add cream and heat for 10 minutes.
- Add vodka at last minute and serve over cooked and drained penne.
