Newport is famous for the mansions that line its rocky coast and its lovely scenery. One can take tours of the mansions or view them while hiking along Cliff Walk, a scenic path beside the sea.

A 14 mile long bike path with magnificent views runs along the East Bay. The area is also a popular fishing and boating spot.


Campgrounds

Some of the Campgrounds listed below may not be accessible to cars, therefore requiring that you carry your gear to your site. Some campgrounds may also be for tents only or for RVs only.
